How do I claim my Free Candle?
By clicking on the 30 day Candle, you can light one for your special intention free of charge. From time to time we offer free Candles for other special occasions.
What should I put in the Title and Message?
The special intention is for the name of the person , or people, or intention you are praying for. The message is optional but you can put a short prayer or reason for lighting the Candle. An example would be:
Special intention for: The pope
Message: May the Lord bless and protect the pope as he guides us through these troubled times.
Will my Candles be accessible on the app, my mobile device and the website?
Yes, your Candles go with you! Just log in to your account on any device and your Candles will appear.
What happens once the Candle goes out?
After the Candle expires, it is moved to your expires Candles tab. You can relight any Candle at any time.
What is the hide Candle button for?
If you light a Candle but prefer not to see it, you can hide the Candle. You will only see it if you turn on the “Show Hidden Candles” option from the Expired Candles section.
Someone reported my Candle but it's not anything bad
If you see that someone has reported your Candle and you feel your Candle is not offensive you can request a manual review of the Candle. A reported Candle is only removed from the public feed and the map. If your text could be revised to be more clear, please make any updates to your Candles information before submitting for review.
What should I do if I see offensive comments or text on a Candle?
If you feel a Candle title or message is not appropriate, you (or anyone) can report a Candle to have it removed from public view. To prevent abuse you can only automatically report 4 Candles in a 24 hour period. If you encounter more than 4 offensive Candles in a 24-hour Candles, please fill out the form below to request additional Candles be removed.
How is the money collected from purchased Candles?
